Who makes Shortcast?

Shortcast is developed and operated by RAK Industries LLC, an app company. Visit the company website to learn about its products. This website is Shortcast’s product and support site.

What helps us investigate

  • Your Shortcast version and build number, shown in TestFlight.
  • Your iPhone model and iOS version.
  • The platform, the action you tried and the exact error message.
  • Whether the video is visible on the platform already. For TikTok, say whether you used the inbox or Direct Post.

A screenshot can help if it does not include sensitive information. Do not send passwords, authorization codes, access tokens or private video files.
